How quickly will I know if I have been approved for a loan?
A member of staff will review you loan application within 3 working hours. You will be contacted to advise if your loan application has been conditionally approved and to arrange a face to face or telephone appointment to complete the final stage of your application.
If I am successful in getting a loan, how quickly will I get my money?
If your loan is approved before 3pm, you will receive your money the same day, if it is after 3pm then it will be by 5pm the following day. Please note our working hours are Monday to Friday 9:15 to 17:00.
Can I apply if I have a bad credit history?
We specialise in offering short term loans for those who find they may not be able to get credit elsewhere. Following your loan application a member of staff will contact you once they have reviewed your application to understand your situation and discuss this further with you.
Do I have to go to a branch to complete my loan application?
No, we also offer a service for you to complete your loan application over the telephone if this is more suitable for you.
What is the maximum amount I can borrow?
We offer loans from £200 to £2,000 over 12 months.
