Applying for any form of credit is not a decision to be taken lightly, so if your loan application is approved, it becomes a two-way agreement and you will need to keep a serious promise. We want our relationship to be a happy and trusting one, so we lay out the facts as clearly as possible. Call us on 0845 601 8690 to book your appointment, once your appointment is booked we will need to see certain documents on the day in order to process your application. These include the following: Proof of who you are: Passport or Driving Licence, If you do not have photo ID then one of the following documents will be accepted: Birth Certificate, Medical Card, Marriage Certificate. Proof of your address: To confirm your address we will need to see anyone of the following: Tenancy Agreement, Utility Bills, Local authority/Housing Association Letter(s), Local Authority Council Tax Bill. Evidence of your income: Wage slips and bank statements can be used to confirm your regular income and will help us to work out an affordable loan repayment. We need to see bank statements covering at least eight weeks of transactions. If you are working then you will need to provide Wage Slips (Monthly 3x, Weekly 4x), if you are on benefits we need to see a letter from DWP to confirm your benefit status (DWP Letters for Income support, Incapacity, DLA, Joint JSA and Tax Credit Forms). Other loans or credit: If you have loans or credit elsewhere we will need to see recent payment books or statements.
